About Me

     I received my Bachelors of Science Degree specializing in Alternative Medicine. I have been licensed and practicing massage for 19 years, fluent in Spanish and a Florida native  for over 40 years. As an alternative therapist I can help you create a positive, healthy environment for your mind, body, spirit and home. Certified as a Reiki Master, vibrational sound therapist, personal trainer, yoga teacher, licensed skincare specialist and a holistic wellness/lifestyle coach, skilled in Feng Shui principles, trained in injury assessment, exercise prescription, and general health/wellness.  My other certifications include: first aid, CPR, Medical Massage, Table Top Thai, Aromatherapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Shirodhara and Abyhanga. Other modalities that I also use are Active Isolated Stretching, Trigger Point, Cupping, Strain Counter Strain, Neuromuscular, Deep Tissue and Himalayan Salt Hot Stone.  I also offer sacred space clearing & consultation services.
